It kind of reminded me of Vegas no coffee in the room unless you travel across the resort by tram to their market (about 30 min via tram) to buy coffee. The room (prison cell) was very spacious and impressive but that was about it. Thankfully our room was on the third floor a bit above the jungle canopy so we could see a little sun but absolutely NO VIEWS OF THE OCEAN OR THE BEACH. Then jump on another tram to you room somewhere in the brush. What it basically told me is that they are aware everything is over priced at this prison. I mean really most people staying there should have the mental capacity to see through this. The gimmic is give them $40 to secure your spot at the time share presentation, offer some bogus discounts. Next get ready for the Time Share vultures to start circling.

oh nothing a cheap free glass of sparkling wine can't cure. Then they sit you down and let you know that 'hey the resort fee for you and your wife is $450 for the week. there are (5) massive resorts on the property. next you (yourself and party) get on a tram and head to where eversville to the main lobby of your respective resort. Actually your luggage is getting prepared to be shipped on a tram to your room. As some of the reviews have said you finally reach the resort from your travel from Cancun and you get dumped into this massive collection point where you get to try to figure out 'what is going on'. If you like sitting around on benches waiting for trams, riding trams around until your head spins, looking at jungle with no ocean views, constantly trying to figure out where in the world you are on the property and feeling like a prisoner this place is for you! The people at the resort are very attentive and the service from Miguel at the Tacos & Waves restaurant was great and the same can be said for Jesus the bar tender at Beach Club but after that prepare to feel like you are at Mexican Disney World. I get it now after visiting this resort (we stayed at Grand Luxxe per my mother's time share). I wish I had read the less favorable reviews rather than just look at the pics and favorable reviews on Trip Advisor.
